Beth: Fill up on God’s words

From Psalm 119: 22 Reasons to Love God’s Word

When something is good, really good, we can’t get enough. We store it up, savor it, talk about it, learn about it, and celebrate it. 

That’s the psalmist’s attitude toward God’s words. He has tasted and seen that the Lord is good, and now He cannot get enough. He is like a man who’s won the lottery. He’s found the way to a pure life, and he’s never turning back. 

As you read and meditate on God’s words, may your heart be filled with joy. May you delight in studying God’s commands, marvel at His goodness, and delight in His decrees.
