We’re looking for someone who is detail-oriented, execution focused, and a great teammate to help build and maintain the stability and functionality of our ministry processes within our technology systems, primarily RockRMS. If you enjoy digging in and finding creative technology solutions to ministry problems, troubleshooting system issues, and ensuring that systems are running smoothly and effectively, this role could be for you!

Qualifications for this job include being able to:

• Understand and configure complex RockRMS solutions
• Simplify and effectively communicate technical solutions to ministry staff
• Independently diagnose and resolve technical issues
